So many of us seek to know our purpose.

I confess, I am one as well.

Why am I here?

What am I to do?

Who am I to become?

But what if it was as simple as.. just being you.

Who YOU are.

Who you really are.

Embodying the truth of your very essence.

Honoring how you feel.

Making choices from that place.

Showing up as you. Not the face, not the mask, not the hat you have to put on to get approval.

Not trying to be what other people want.

Not trying to be who you think you should be. What society says is the way.

Just simply being you.

Speaking the words your heart longs to express.

Wearing the clothes that make you feel good.

Doing the things that feel light, and light you up.

That your purpose isn’t some BIG message you must profess. A best selling book. A sold out venue. A huge following. That million dollar company. That high up position in the company. The next big thing or next great idea that’s going to change the world.

That you don’t need the ‘right idea.’ All you need is what is already right in front of you.

YOU.

Real, honest, raw, messy, beautiful, unique you.

I believe if we are seeking our purpose, what we are truly seeking is ourselves. To know and BE who we really are.

And when we show up from that place- our authentic self, our personal truth, then everything else flows as a part of who we are.

No agenda. No figuring it out. Not trying to find it. Merely showing up as and expressing WHO WE ARE.

I can attest, as one who has sought her purpose, the most FREEING feeling is simply being who I am. Letting it come from WITHIN. No longer looking outside myself. No longer trying to fit into pre-established molds. No longer trying to ‘perfect’ it.

Just simply expressing how I feel and who I am in the beautiful messy way it presents itself.

THAT feels light. That feels in purpose.

Therefore if you are seeking to know what your purpose here is, I invite you to look within. To find yourself. And there, your purpose will be revealed. YOU.

It may sound simple… but if you feel a deep calling within you, that there is a bigger purpose you are here for, I can assure you.. being YOU- IS what will change the world.

Seek within. Start within. Let it flow out…
