Did you know that I did not have "sound healing" on my radar?

Nope. Not at all.

So, how did it happen?

It all started with an image. An image of crystal singing bowls. When I saw it, I heard a voice inside me say, "You need a bowl."

My response? "What? I don't need a bowl."

Yet, this little voice persisted. Finally, I bought A bowl. One.

That little voice did not stop there. It proceeded to let me know what courses to take, that it was time to buy ALL the bowls, then this instrument, and that instrument...

I thought, "Holy seashells! What is happening?" Yet it couldn't have felt more right.

My body and my soul knew something that my mind still hadn't "figured out."

My mind was consumed with the budget that I didn't have that was being spent, and all the unknowns of this new journey that I had not planned....

And here I am. Loving it. Sharing it. Growing it. It is such a deep and sacred honor to guide these sessions and to work with these vibrations.

It has unlocked within me so much more potential and expression that I didn't realize I was missing.

The healing and transformative power of the instruments has been making waves in my sessions with clients and in my life and business.

No, I did not have this on my radar, but it had me on its. I say, "I did not choose sound healing, sound healing chose me."

I thank God I listened to that soft inner knowing, that gentle guiding, those subtle nudges...

So I ask you, do you? Do you listen to those stirrings and those callings, even if they don't make one bit of sense to your mind?

I will be in De Pere at Flow Yoga Studio on the second Saturday of the month at noon, and the fourth Monday of the month at 5:30pm.
