Making the Right Decision

08/31/2019

What if Option A AND Option B were both the right choice?

I recently had this message come to me, and yesterday, after listening to my coach/mentor/teacher Laura Wieck, speak about decision making, the message was there again.

So this post I had paused on writing, now said ‘it’s time!’

“You can make the wrong choice and still receive what you desire.” ~Laura Wieck

How freeing is that?

I often get stopped at the decision point. Do I choose option A or option B?

I can swirl it around in my head until I am dizzy. Trying to figure out the ‘right answer.’

But what if BOTH options were okay? That there was no wrong answer? That both would lead you to where you want to go? Then what?

You choose. Not from your head. But from your body… which one feels right? Which one feels light?

Not the one you think you should choose. Not the one everyone else says you should do. The one that feels good to you.

As Laura Wieck says, you choose then you can pivot.

See, we’re allowed to change our minds, but it all starts with a choice.

If you are walking down a path, and it comes to a fork, you can stand there pondering which way to go.

The sun can set and rise and set again, and you are still at the same point, pondering.

Or you can feel into your body as you ask, ‘which way do I want to go?,’ and take one step.

And as you take that step, you see new scenery, and can decide if it still feels good, and if not, you can pivot, turn your body slightly and take a step that way…

It’s one step that gets you moving. ONE step. One action. One decision.

It doesn’t have to be scary. All roads will lead you to where you are meant to be.

Option A or Option B… either one is okay. Choose and take that one step.

“Feel your way forward.” ~Laura Wieck

Don’t think it, feel it. That is the key. Your body will lead you there.

You’ve got this! If every decision is right, which one feels light?
