This may sound a little fishy… but I can assure you, it’s true. I’m not pulling your fin.

I’m a mermaid!

For real. Tail and all.

Ever since I can remember, I loved the water!

My sister would try to sneak out of the house for a nighttime swim alone, but my little ears could hear even the slightest splash, and I’d be on that ladder to greet her before her head came back up out of the water.

I cherished seashell gifts I’d receive (not too many here in Wisconsin!).

My heart dreamed of living in a tropical land where I could step into the sea at any moment to meet my dolphin and whale friends.

While life may have kept me in the midwest, my heart continues to be with the sea.

When I worked as a massage therapist, those seashell treasures once again surfaced with a message to create with them, and Kapa Kai Seashell Therapy was born!

I took my love for the sea and incorporated it into my massages. I even certified other healers around the world how to bring the healing power of the ocean into their practices as well.

A business trip swept me off to Hawaii, where I literally transformed into a mermaid and dove into the ocean with a tail.

That experience moved me so much that I own that tail (along with some others).

While I may have retired from offering massages, my ocean love continues to birth new life in my creations.

Now bringing sound healing into my guided meditations, the ocean theme is gracing its presence. Singing bowls with shells, songs like dolphin sonar- little touches continue to be added to make it a whale of an experience!

You hear me say, "The world needs who YOU are."

I am passionate about helping you authentically and confidently express you.

I believe we can lose much of ourselves when we focus on fitting in, following the status quo, trying to get it all right, and being what we think we need to be or what is expected of us.

You’re not here to be a cookie-cutter. You’re not here to be like everyone else.

The true magic lies within your uniqueness.

You are here to be YOU.

Your light shines brightest when you align with your heart and soul!
