The Power of Sound Meditation in Water

• Deep Resonance: Sound travels faster through water than through air. With our bodies being primarily water, the pool setting enhances every sound vibration, allowing it to reach deeper into your cells and tissues.
• Natural Alignment: Water amplifies sound waves, helping align your body’s natural frequencies with the soothing tones, making it easier to access a state of inner calm and relaxation.
• Enhanced Wellbeing: The combination of water and sound can bring relief from stress, quieting the mind and relaxing the nervous system more effectively than sound meditation alone.
• Holistic Rebalancing: Floating in water during sound meditation provides a sense of weightlessness, allowing your body to fully relax and release tension, helping you experience a profound sense of peace and harmony.

Your experience includes:

• Warm Welcome
  Meet and greet in the lobby with a refreshing spritz of our signature Sunset Vibes spray. (Please arrive 15 minutes early.)

• Personal Intention
  Choose an intention seashell to hold during your meditation—and take with you as a reminder.

• SEA Soundscape Experience
  Enjoy an immersive floating sound meditation to inspire your SEA (Soul-Energy-Alignment).

• Integration Time
  Continue floating, swim at your own pace, or soak in the hot tub as you let the experience settle.

• Closure and Connection
  Enjoy a hydration break and optional journal time to capture any insights from your journey.

Tickets: $55 per person, or bring a friend for $100 (save $10)

Bring With You: Swimsuit, towel, lock for locker, journal (for reflections), water bottle (no glass), your favorite float. Facility pool noodles are available if you prefer not to bring your own float.

Prefer to stay on deck?

No worries! There is space around the pool. Receive the benefits of the sound meditation experience while staying dry on land.

Plastic chairs are available, or bring your favorite chair, or yoga mat to get comfortable. The pool room is warm and humid, so be sure to dress in layers to create your comfort level.

Space around the pool is limited, so please message your preference to be on deck when scheduling.

Important Notes:

• This experience is for adults only; no lifeguard is on duty, so participants must be comfortable in water up to 5 feet deep.
• All facility pool rules apply, you can see them here.
• Locker rooms and showers are available. (Bring your own lock and towel)
• RSVP and payment required to join. (links below)
• Registration must be received by the MONDAY before the event.
• Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• If any weather cancellations need to be made, they will be made by 6pm that Friday so that you can plan accordingly. (*email will be sent to the one you registered with, as well as a post to Facebook)
• If event needs to be cancelled for any reason, your fee can be applied to our next session, or towards our products or services.
